We believe that there is one God, Creator and Sustainer of the universe, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (Genesis 1:1; Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Mark 12:29; John 10:30; Acts 5:3–4; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 1:1–3)
We believe that Jesus Christ, God's Son, was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born into the world through a virgin birth, lived a sinless life, died a substitutionary, atoning death on the Cross, rose bodily from the dead, and ascended to heaven. (Isaiah 7:14, 9:6–7; Matthew 1:18–25; Mark 14:61–62; Luke 3:22; John 1:1–3, 14, 29, 5:18, 8:58, 10:30; 2 Corinthians 5:21; Philippians 2:5–11)
We believe that the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is God's authoritative, inspired Word, without error, and is the final authority in all matters of belief and conduct. (Matthew 5:18; John 17:17; 2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:19–21; Revelation 22:18–19)
We believe that all people are lost sinners and cannot escape God's wrath except through repentance of sin, faith in Jesus Christ, and regeneration by the Holy Spirit. We believe that men are justified by grace through the shed blood and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Salvation is a free gift from God and cannot be earned. (John 5:24, Romans 3:23-26, Titus 3:5, John 14:6, Acts 4:12, Ephesians 2:8-9)
We believe that true salvation is evidenced by righteous living, in obedience to the Scriptures. Holy living and good works are the fruit of our walk with the Lord. (1 Peter 1:15-16, Matthew 7:16, Titus 2)
