Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Submitted by Tobermae T. “Delicious – definitely worth the effort!”
In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa powder, white sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and salt; stir in cocoa mixture. Cover dough and chill for at least 4 hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Coat each ball in confectioner’s sugar before placing on prepared cookie sheets. Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Let stand on the sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks to cool. Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
Mix all ingredients together. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper, then drop spoonfuls of dough onto the sheet. These do not spread much. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and leave cookies on try for 5-10 minutes, as they will continue baking for a little. You should get 9-12 delicious cookies.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside. In an electric mixer, beat together butter or shortening and sugar until mixed. Add vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add flour mixture and milk alternately. Pour in chocolate chips and stir until blended together. Using two spoons, drop cookies on prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool on cooling rack and enjoy! |
